Rebecka Latoś has worked as an international yoga and meditation teacher for over 10 years while travelling to all the corners of the world. With her background in Sports Science and as a Global Health professional with 6 years in academics, she has contributed with her expertise and profession to everything from orphanages and communities in developing countries, international festivals, and sports institutes to world-known international health organizations.
Specialty areas include: personal holistic training, weight management, meditation, self development coaching and holistic education (mindfulness). Passionate about Marketing, sustainability, climat change, health policy, travels, woman's health, culture and bodywork to build better healthy lives while sustain the planet.’
